Bianca Censori could face jail or a hefty fine after an explicit outing in Paris where she ditched her underwear in sheer tights for dinner with Kanye West

Bianca Censori could face jail time or a €15,000 fine after testing the laws of exhibitionism in Paris.

On Tuesday, the Yeezy architect, 29, wore her most explicit outfit yet when she wore her underwear bare beneath a pair of sheer stockings during a public outing with husband Kanye West.

Bianca made no attempt to hide her genitals or bare backside in the garment as crowds of shocked onlookers rushed to take photos.

She also appeared to be shirtless and braless under a short fur coat as she returned to the Ritz Hotel with hoodie-clad Kanye after dinner at Ferdi’s.

While Kanye’s ‘muse’ may be no stranger to exposing her body in public, her latest act could cause trouble with French officials if she is caught breaking their decency laws.

Article 222-32 of the new Penal Code (applicable since March 1, 1994) provides: ‘Intentional sexual display in the presence of others in a place accessible to the public is punishable by one year in prison and a fine of one hundred thousand Frank. . [€15,000]’

However, nudity in itself does not amount to indecency, with the legislature stating: ‘The charge is formulated in such a way as to exclude any possibility of prosecution against persons who practice naturism in places specially designated for this purpose.’

This isn’t the first time Bianca has been at risk of trouble with the police for her wild antics on holiday.

Last year, Bianca was at risk of a €10,000 fine and jail time during the couple’s trip to Italy, where she walked around the European country ‘virtually naked’.

According to the Italian Constitutional Court, a fine of 5,000 to 10,000 euros may be imposed, or anyone found in a place or near a place where minors are present could face a prison sentence of four months to four years.

During one outing, Bianca went braless in a form-fitting sheer all-in-one and at some points was forced to cover her nipples with a black crossbody bag.

Italian residents branded the Kim Kardashian lookalike’s outfits as “disrespectful” on social media, with some saying the “immodest” couple are no longer welcome in a country known for its conservative Catholic heritage.

Bianca and Kanye were also investigated by police after they were caught in a compromising position on camera during their Italian holiday.

However, insiders recently claimed to DailyMail.com that Kanye’s ex-wife Kim Kardashian warned the rapper to tell Bianca to “cover up” around their children.

Bianca’s underwear-free outing in Paris took place just one day after she was on stepmom duty with Kanye’s eldest daughter North West, 10.

The rapper also shares Saint, eight, Chicago, six and Psalm four with Kim.

Contrary to how she looked on Tuesday, Bianca was dressed unusually when she went out to dinner with North on Monday night.

Kim and Bianca are said to have an ‘amicable’ relationship, but the daring fashion in front of the children has become a problem for her.

“Kim instructed Kanye to never let Bianca dress like that around their kids,” a source told DailyMail.com exclusively.

“She’s really surprised that Kanye would let his wife leave the house like that.”

In contrast to Bianca’s tacky wardrobe, Kim was asked to change her outfits when Kanye thought she was showing too much skin, with the artist heavily influencing her fashion choices during their seven-year marriage.

She was declared legally single in March 2022 while in the middle of a hot and heavy romance with now ex-boyfriend SNL alum Pete Davidson.

In November 2022, Kim and Kanye’s divorce was finalized, with Kanye agreeing to pay $200,000 per month in child support and equal custody.

Kanye married Yeezy architect Bianca in December 2022 in what was deemed a non-legal wedding as it appeared they did not file a marriage license.

However, in mid-October 2023, it was reported that they were indeed legally married and that this took place last year for “religious reasons,” according to Us Weekly.
