Jordan was crowned the 2023 winner of Big Brother during Friday night’s highly anticipated grand final.

The drama-packed series finally came to an end on ITV on Friday, with Jordan taking home the life-changing £100,000 cash prize.

Hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best confirmed he had won the series, with Jordan immediately joking that he would pay his council tax with a whopping cash prize.

While many fans were happy to see Jordan crowned the winner, some argued that fan favorite Yinrun was ‘robbed’ of the win when she finished in fourth place.

Even though Yinrun had already been evicted, you could still hear the live audience chanting her name as Jordan was crowned the winner.

Winner! Jordan was crowned the 2023 winner of Big Brother during Friday night’s highly anticipated grand final

Jordan narrowly beat Olivia to the Big Brother crown when she came second, Henry came third, Yinrun fourth and Noky in fifth.

Yinrun was the bookmakers’ favorite to be crowned 2023 Big Brother winner until she was knocked out of top spot at the last minute earlier this week.

Despite being favorite to win for weeks, Yinrun finished in fourth place at the highly anticipated live final, only ahead of Noky.

Hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best confirmed her eviction and she was punched by Jordan, Olivia and Henru, much to the shock of viewers as they claimed she was ‘robbed’.

The live audience also seemed devastated, as they heard cheers as her eviction was announced and she said goodbye to her housemates.

Later in the evening, as Jordan was crowned the 2023 winner, the crowd could still be heard chanting Yinrun’s name in support of the star.

Viewers quickly took to

One wrote: ‘I didn’t expect Yinrun in 4th place’, another said: ‘Yinrun should have won.’

A third commented: ‘I wanted Yinrun to win so bad! I’m devastated,” and a fourth fumed: “You mean to tell me I just waited six weeks #BigBrother for Yinrun NOT to win.”

Following her eviction, Yinrun spoke to hosts AJ and Will and reflected on her time in the house, admitting that she didn’t expect to make “any friends” in the house as she talked about her now close friendships with her co-stars.

Yinrun then revealed that she hoped Jordan would be crowned the 2023 Big Brother winner.

After her departure, it was announced that Henry – who memorably became embroiled in a love triangle with Jordan and Matty – had moved into third place.

After the love triangle drama, Henry and Jordan shared a very steamy kiss in the hot tub as they got closer on the show and won over fans with their connection.

Speaking about his bond with Jordan after his departure, he said: ‘I can’t imagine my experience there without him, he’s such a funny person… when he lets you in it’s a great experience.’

He also joked about luring Jordan into the hot tub for a cuddle, as he said, “On the first night he said he would never get in that hot tub, and he did!”

When asked how he felt about the love triangle with Matty, he said, “I have no idea, Jordan was talking to me in riddles at the time and it was like solving a Rubix cube!”

Will then asked Henry what’s next for him and Jordan, and he confirmed that they have plans to fly around the world together.

“We have so many plans, we have a trip planned to New York, we’re going to Florence… we have all these plans that I think are going to be great,” he said.

Henry’s mother appeared in the live audience and confirmed that she approved of his match with Jordan.

Reflecting on his time on the show, Henry added: “It really had a big impact on me and I think I leave a much better person than when I came in.”

On what she thinks viewers liked about her, she said: “I think I kept it real the whole time, I had a lot of pushback from my housemates… but I think people probably appreciated that authenticity. ‘

When asked what was next for her, she added, “I’m very excited to start the next part of my life. I’ve been in a bubble for the last few years, I wanted to learn more about myself… like I wore my heart on my sleeve and I’m very proud of myself.’

Although the 2023 series has ended, entries for the next series of Big Brother are already open.
