Lindsay Hubbard on recovering from a broken heart

“Take it one day at a time until you can add more to your plate. When my breakup happened, I worked hour-to-hour for the first week. Then it went from day to day and eventually I was able to think ahead to the next week. It's also important to surround yourself with friends and family – whoever you seek support from – and let them help you! Let them manage your tasks for you if you can't, and let them go through everything with you. You don't have to do it alone.”

Kevin O'Leary on achieving financial stability

“My advice to anyone in their twenties, thirties and forties is to do the same: take 15 percent of your salary from [your paycheck] and put it in an investment account and don't touch it until you turn 65. This is how you retire as a multi-millionaire.”

Hilaria Baldwin oparenting

“It's easy to become overwhelmed by the amount of advice, opinions and shame for parents. There are a million different ways to raise a child. Listen and gather wisdom, but remember that you are the parent, and this is your child. Do what is right for your family and apathetically withdraw from anything that feels invasive. The best advice I've received is to be playful instead of strict. De-escalate a childhood crisis by refusing to match dysregulated energy. Instead, radiate happiness, calmness and safety and turn it into positivity.”

Billy Porter on shoot for the stars

“I always tell the kids: don't wait for someone to give you permission to practice your art. A big part of ourselves can be rooted in the fear of failure, and that shouldn't be your motivation; love for yourself and believe in yourself [should be]. [Also] be on time! It's much more important than you think. Dress for the job you want, not the job you have. If you show up on time and look good, you will be successful.”

Tia Mowry on co-parenting after divorce

“It's about thinking about everything, not just from your perspective, but from the children's perspective as well. Focus on their peace, joy and happiness and what makes them feel at ease, comfortable and loved. Whatever you do, if you live life with love and compassion, I truly believe everything will fall into place as it should.”

Jackie Goldschneider on recovery from the eating disorder

“It's important to recognize what your triggers may be and actively try to protect yourself from them. I don't step on the scale anymore. So if I gain weight, I don't even know it. And you can't attach any importance to a number you don't know. I also notice that when I'm around people who pay a lot of attention to their bodies and being thin, I start to think negatively. So I'm moving away from that, and I'm not getting involved in fad diets or eating trends.”

Donna Kelce on helping your kids find their passion

“Let your children choose what they like to do. Don't try to send them anywhere. Give them the opportunity to be involved as much as possible and let them decide. They will be good at whatever they like to do. It's just the way it is. If they enjoy doing something, they will do it again and again. [Repetition] is the best you can do. So whether it is art, sport or music, let them do it, try to help and support them.”

Gigi Beautiful oan authentic life

“The best advice I've been given is that everyone else is in their head, so I don't have to be in mine. Things you may be unsure about, others also think about themselves. Unfortunately, social media is all about comparisons, but you are one of them [and] everyone's authenticity is valuable. So live loud, proud and authentic, whether it's your style, point of view or social media content; it is all valid, and you are valid.

Guerdy Abraira Guide to life

Guerdy Abraira on cancer survivor

“The best advice I got came from Martina Navratilova [a fellow cancer survivor]who is married to my friend and costar Julia Lemigova. She told me to become selfish. That was the hardest thing for me, especially as a mother, wife, TV personality and celebrity party planner. However, I have taken this advice to heart and made it my daily mantra to make sure everything is okay before looking at the others. My advice to everyone is: let go of what no longer serves you. It is very important to remove all toxins so that your mind, body and soul becomes balanced.”

Jillian Michaels on make healthy choices

“There is so much conflicting information out there… It can be very confusing and discouraging. I'll shamelessly sell you exercise, but there is no Jillian Michaels diet because I'm not going to make a lot of money “eating less, exercising more, and using common sense in your food choices.” I could stop anyone on the street and say, okay, tell me something,'[What’s better for you], a bowl of fruit or a bar?' Nine times out of ten they would [make the right choice]. Trust your feelings. That is the most important thing.”
