The little fashionista, who regularly shares lifestyle-related content her pagerecently got Botox for the first time and explained that she wanted to be transparent about the procedure.

“I know it's not something people normally talk about openly, but when it comes to my own face, I just wanted to be real with you,” she bravely opened. the now viral clip.

''If you've followed my acne journey, you'll see that I've always been open and this just felt like a natural progression of that honesty.

“We're in the same age group and I thought, why not let you join this part of my journey too?” the 35-year-old continued.

Although Katie insisted she was all about 'aging gracefully', the first signs of aging really unsettled her – so she decided to investigate the popular treatment.

The style enthusiast explained: ''I honestly never thought I'd get Botox – I'm all for aging gracefully, and I'd never want to erase my laugh lines, but my deepening frown line was bothering me, so I I thought I'd try it more as a preventative measure, to keep it from getting worse!''

Uploading photos taken during the trip, Katie said she was ''happy'' with the results – but she ''sees it becoming a regular thing'' as the effects last ''about three months'' and the procedure is 'on the expensive side'.

But it seems it's not just the relatively high cost that has social media users thinking about buying Botox themselves. Thousands of people rushed to the comments and said, “This is the best anti-Botox video” they've ever seen.

Many found it 'frightening' that Katie could no longer 'move' her face, with one writing: 'No thank you. I want people to see my disgust and nerves on my face.”
