Aston Villa star expected to miss season with 'significant knee injury'

ASTON VILLA fears Boubacar Kamara will be injured for the rest of the season.

The midfielder is suspected to have an ACL problem after limping in Sunday's 2-1 Premier League home defeat to Manchester United.

But it looks like he could be out until the summer, meaning he's unlikely to make it to the Euros.

The Frenchman was replaced by Moussa Diaby after 65 minutes.

Kamara, 24, will now undergo further scans of his anterior cruciate ligament to assess how bad the problem is.
