Britain’s only rumpologist reveals how she can tell the details of your character just by looking at your bum – and guesses two out of three celebrities correctly on This Morning

Britain’s only rumpologist appeared on This Morning today and described the art of rumpology – or reading people’s bottoms.

Sam Amos joined presenters Josie Gibson and a slightly cynical Martin Lewis to analyze a series of derrieres and see if she could guess who someone was simply by looking at their backsides.

She explained that trunkology works much the same as palmistry: only the trunkologist doesn’t look at the different aspects of people’s hands, but rather the details of their client’s buttocks.

According to Sam, rumpology is an ancient practice used by the Greeks to determine whether someone would make a good soldier.

Looking at the hosts’ butts, she made some predictions about their personalities.

She described Martin’s backside as “flat and square” and said he would probably be a “fun person to be around.”

Sam continued with Josie, describing her as ‘intuitive, clearly fun to be around and… also very sensitive’.

When asked what exactly she was looking for, Sam said, “The shape of the butt.” [for example] if people have high grooves, [or] the lines under their cheeks and on the superficial lines at the bottom.’

She noted that as a rumpologist she “overlooks cellulite.”

Sam then moved on to looking at three mysterious torsos poking through holes in a sparkling wall.

When looking at the first rear end, Sam noted that it was ‘muscular’ and looked like it belonged to a ‘nice guy’ (although Martin wondered if that was because the owner was wiggling the rear end and not because of its shape) .

However, Sam correctly guessed that it was Chico’s backside.

As he walked over to the second shapely bottom, Sam said, “This lady has a heart-shaped bottom.” She is very much a perfectionist.

‘Moreover, I feel very close to family. And I would say she’s had some really good and exciting news about her family recently.”

Although Sam couldn’t guess the owner of the back (Cheeky Girl Monica Irimia), Monica confirmed that all of Sam’s predictions about her life were correct.

Describing the third mystery rump, Sam said, “Delicious…I would say, actually [this lady] is very outgoing. But I also feel like a very stylish lady. And I would also say: very interested in art, creatively.’

She guessed correctly that the backside belonged to Lizzie Cundy. The celebrity agreed with Sam’s description of her.

She said: ‘I would say overall it was quite accurate… it was actually very good. I am very artistic. I like painting myself. Very good. I’m impressed.’
