In other words, the Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada has announced that graduates of master's programs in Canada are now eligible for a three-year PGWP, even if their program duration was less than two years. This updated policy is effective February 15, 2024.

How do I apply for a postgraduate work permit?
According to the official website, eligible candidates can apply for a Postgraduate Work Permit (PGWP) from Canada or from another country as long as they are eligible.
