What should I do if I am not satisfied with my flowers?

If you are not satisfied with the flowers you ordered online, there are a number of things you can do about it.

Consumer group Which one? recommends that you take the following steps to get your money back:

  • Take a photo as evidence of poor condition or damage to your flowers to substantiate your complaint.
  • If a loved one or friend has sent you flowers that arrived in poor condition or late, tell them. Otherwise, the retailer may say they don’t have access to the order information and can’t solve the problem.
  • If you receive fewer flowers than you ordered, you are entitled to a partial refund for the missing flowers.
