The handsome star proved he could rock any look as he wore the colorful ensemble.

Chris recently had to defend his bold fashion choices during a conversation with E! News.

In late October, the genetically blessed actor wore very short, form-fitting shorts — paired with a yellow hoodie — to a workout class.

During an interview with E! News, the star was asked about his decision to wear the barely-there shorts, to which he said, “I don't think there's anything to defend. It's called shorts, right? It has to be short.'

He continued, “Corduroy short shorts. I mean, it's a vibe. It's the best atmosphere. It's like a Tom Selleck vibe. It feels like a 70s surfer vibe. I prefer that.”

Adding: 'It's like showtime. Lakers – would you rather see them with the shorts and Magic Johnson looking like a basketball player and athlete, instead of wearing some kind of capris on the floor? No. So I wear the shorts.”

When asked how long he plans to rock the short shorts look, the dashing star cheekily said: 'Until the legs give out. Look up Tom Selleck, E! ventilators.'

In addition to a full wardrobe of colorful knitted cardigans, Chris also has a nice selection of blazers.

He showed off some fun looks last fall during his promotional tour for his latest project, the Disney film Wish.

The animated film, which was released in theaters on November 22, features a star-studded cast voicing the characters.
