She is the Australian heiress who stands to inherit a billion dollar fortune.

So it’s no surprise that Francesca Packer looked absolutely stunning as she stepped out in diamonds and a designer ensemble for dinner at Mimi’s in Sydney’s Coogee on Wednesday.

The 29-year-old was hard to miss in red and white floral trousers from Dolce & Gabbana and a matching robe.

She showed off her cleavage in a tight black bodysuit with a plunging neckline and accessorized with an emerald green bag and matching pumps.

Francesca’s hair was tied back tightly and adorned with jewelry worth a fortune, topped off with a pair of opulent diamond earrings.

She was there to enjoy dinner with her boyfriend, Robert Bates, at a function attended by her billionaire mother, Gretel Packer.

In March, the heiress made headlines after it was reported that she was still in a relationship with the controversial wellness entrepreneur, despite claims that they had split.

The pair started dating last year and confirmed their romance in December after they were spotted sharing a kiss and cuddling on the deck of a luxury yacht in Sydney Harbour.

Francesca “fell head over heels” for the divorced father and “even confided to friends her desire to start a family” with him.

However, in March, The Daily Telegraph reported that Francesca and Bates had split in February – around the same time reports emerged claiming he was being pursued by wealthy investors for $15 million.

But just a week later, the same publication reported that the couple were still together, and that Francesca had taken Bates to her swanky Darlinghurst apartment at The Horizon after he failed to pay the rent on his Bondi Beach penthouse over Christmas.

Bates is the CEO of wellness brands Aurum+ and Aquamamma and the founder of 7 Trinity Biotech.

Aurum+ claims to be a ‘clinically proven solution that treats and prevents mental health issues such as stress, anxiety and depression’, while Aquamamma is a ‘healthy hydration solution’ for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Bates’ business acumen is praised in the pages of the Australian Financial Review’s annual list of successful young business people, but lately he has come under heavy criticism from his own investors and clients.

According to the AFR, Bates is being pursued by a series of ‘high net worth’ investors who want their money back, his companies’ websites have mysteriously disappeared and his clients are in turmoil on his social media pages.

Bates – who dressed as a cowboy at Francesca’s Barbie-themed birthday party last year – reportedly received a total of about $15 million from at least 15 different Australian investors for Aurum+ since 2016.

But the shares in his companies are either held by Bates himself or by other companies he controls, and not by those who put their money into his ventures, the Australian Financial Review reported.

These investors are now demanding refunds ranging from $50,000 to $2 million.

Bates is said to have paid back three investors, but at least 15, spread across Melbourne, Sydney, Byron Bay and Singapore, are furiously chasing the businessman demanding to know where the money has gone.
