New station AMAZING! Real has finally reached millions of households, offering programs with “real drama and authentic stories around real people and events.”

Shows you can expect include:

  • Heathrow: Britain’s busiest airport
  • Police uncut
  • Emergency aid: air, land and sea
  • Police Ten 7
  • Coast Guard Alaska
  • Paddington Station 24/7

It is the sister station of the existing GREAT! brands, GREAT! Movies, AMAZING! Action, AMAZING! Romance and AMAZING! TV.

You can find AWESOME! Real on Freeview channel 61.

It is also available on Sky satellite, via channel number 189.

Channel changes

Unfortunately, the new channel arrives while another disappears.

Today is also the day that children’s station Tiny POP is removed from all boxes as a linear channel.

This includes not only Freeview and Sky, but also Freesat and Virgin Media.

Fortunately, the channel lives on in digital form via free platforms such as Samsung TV Plus and via the POP Player app.

But within a few days, a free sports channel will be shut down for good.

SportyStuff TV will stop broadcasting on March 31.

Bosses recently said in a statement that 2023 was the company’s most successful trading year but that “external circumstances beyond our control” have forced the channel to close.
