The Bring It On star, 51, looked like a goddess in the short, sleeveless dress with studs on the bodice and black panties underneath.
Gabrielle wore black boots and wore her long, dark hair loose and in sexy waves.
She kept her accessories very minimal and let the dress and her fantastic body take center stage.
The gathering, organized by Uber, attracted many celebrities who are in Sin City for the big game, including Megan Fox and Ciara.

On Thursday night, the Perfect Find actress attended another Super Bowl party hosted by Kendrick Lamar, 36, and his cousin Baby Keem, 23.
She wore another short black dress and the same boots at that event.
Kendrick and Baby Keem performed at the meeting sponsored by the Visa Cash App RB Formula One Team 2024.
The actress opened up about her work ethic and her 10-year marriage to husband Dwyane Wade, 42, on the Idea generation podcast, which showed that they split their shared expenses evenly.
“It's weird to say I'm the head of the household because in this household we split everything 50/50,” the Bad Boys II star explained.
'But in the other households that each of us has to support… there's always something like a gorilla on your back, saying, 'You better work, b…, you better work. Oh, are you going to sleep in?' You know, someone might not eat.' And it's hard.”
Gabrielle and Dwyane welcomed their daughter Kaavia, five, via surrogate in November 2018.
The former NBA star has two children, Zaire, 22, and Zaya, 16, whom he shares with former fiancée Siovaughn Funches. He is also father to Xavier, 10, from a relationship with Aja Metoyer.

The Fearless actress said fear and past trauma fuel her insecurity about money. “I'm trying to find peace in the journey without using my fear and scarcity mentality as my engine, which is hard,” she admitted.
The She's All That star opened up Women's health about her PTSD.
“The combination of a pandemic and this racial reckoning, on top of the fact that we're being swamped with it [images of] the brutalization of black bodies has sent my PTSD into overdrive,” Gabrielle said. “There's just fear in my body.”
The LA's Finest star has suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder for decades after being raped at gunpoint in the early 1990s.
