In addition to weekly oiling, the content creator has overhauled some of her daily habits to bring life to her tresses.

She says the decisions have helped her “go from frizzy, short and damaged to smooth, long and healthy hair.”

Among them, they never slept with wet hair and put it in a protective, loose braid before hitting the pillow.

In addition, Justyna massages her scalp every day – and she likes to do this with “clean fingers” if she does not have a scalp massager at hand.

The content creator rarely puts her hair in tight or sleek hairstyles (sorry, aesthetic fans of fair girls!), opting instead for “loose hairstyles like braids or claw clips.”

“We don't want receding hairlines,” she said.

Justyna, who is originally from Poland but now lives in Canada, also chooses the items that touch her hair.

She sleeps only on silk pillowcases, ties her locks only with silk hair ties, and dries her hair only with microfiber towels.

Plus, she only gets the ends trimmed twice a year – a far cry from the eight- to 12-week trim recommended by most hairdressers.

Justyna also urged women to clean their hairbrushes regularly and “eat less fast food and sugar” to improve the health of their hair.

The hair-fluencer regularly shares before and after photos of her hair, but sometimes receives criticism.

Trolls claim her luscious locks are “the result of genetics” and claim you can't heal your hair through oils and lifestyle changes.

“Genetics are certainly important, but you can improve your hair with good hair care,” Justyna takes revenge.

Thanks to her videos, she has a whopping 343,000 followers on TikTok, who are addicted to her hacks and tips.
