Home Alone star Devin Ratray has reportedly been 'hospitalized' during his domestic violence trial.
A family member revealed to TMZ that the actor, best known for his role as Kevin McCallister's evil older brother in the 1990 holiday film starring Macaulay Culkin, was “in critical condition.”
He has now been released from hospital.
The source said the 47-year-old New Yorker is “back home and resting as per doctor's orders.”
The jury selection process was originally scheduled to begin Monday in an Oklahoma courtroom, but has been postponed until next month.
