The bodies of a man and a woman have been found on a wealthy street known as ‘Millionaires Row’ in Melbourne’s north-east.
Police made the grim discovery on Antigoni Crescent, Warrandyte, at around 9.30am on Tuesday.
A crime scene has been declared as police and forensic officers begin an investigation.
“The circumstances surrounding the deaths have yet to be determined,” a spokeswoman said.
“Police are awaiting the results of an autopsy to determine the cause of death and whether there are any suspicious circumstances.”

Antigoni Crescent is home to a number of grand mansions worth millions on four-acre estates.
The most recent sale was for $1.8 million in 2016.
