She fills a bowl with water and ice and dips her face in the tub for about five seconds.
Amal wipes some of the water from her eyes and then goes for a second dunk.
She remains underwater for another five seconds.
In less than 30 seconds, Amal’s morning skin care routine is complete.
In the comments section, Amal said you don’t have to do that seven days a week.
