ISIS India chief Haris Farooqi and his associate arrested in Assam

There is a ISIS India group working in the country and dealing with the latest news development, the ISIS India chief Haris Farooqi, whose alias is Harish Ajmal Faruqi, has been arrested by the Special Task Force (STF) of the Assam Police. ISIS India chief arrested by Assam police

As reported earlier, the ISIS India chief and one of his associates were arrested in Assam’s Dhubri district on Wednesday after crossing from Bangladesh, police said. “The identity of both has been established and accused Haris Farooqi alias Harish Ajmal Farukhi of Chakrata, Dehradun is found to be the head of ISIS in India,” Pranabjyoti Goswami, public relations chief of Assam Police, said in a statement.

Haris Farooqi, Rehan’s assistant, also arrested
