JESSE LINGARD has given fans a glimpse into his new life in South Korea.
The former Manchester United midfielder completed a free transfer to Seoul FC earlier this month.
Lingard joined the K-League after seven months without a club following his departure from Nottingham Forest in the summer.
After settling in the South Korean capital, Lingard shared a series of photos on Instagram.
In the life update, he added a photo of himself grinning at the Sangam Stadium while wearing his new Seoul FC jersey.
Lingard also posted a photo of himself signing his £17,500-a-week contract with the club.
His deal, which is reportedly worth £910,000 a year, has made him the highest-paid player in the K-League.
Outside the stadium, Lingard showed off the city skyline and enjoyed local cuisine with his teammates.
He also posted a few selfies of himself in his new training kit, along with a screenshot of a FaceTime call home.
Finally, the 31-year-old added a motivational quote: “Becoming the best version of yourself comes with a lot of goodbyes.”
