Joe Manganiello, 46, radiated silver fox magnetism in New York this weekend while out and about with his busty blonde girlfriend Caitlin O’Connor, 33.

They first connected in September, just two months after it emerged that Joe and his wife Sofia Vergara had split.

Last Saturday evening, the new couple was at Cipriani in Manhattan to attend the Children Of Armenia Fund’s 20th anniversary gala.

That evening, Joe, an eighth Armenian on his mother’s side, received the nonprofit’s Humanitarian Award.

He opted for classic chic that evening, hitting the red carpet at the charity event in a midnight blue suit and pewter gray tie.

Meanwhile, Caitlin served up a generous helping of cleavage in a plunging green dress that also had a thigh split, allowing her to show off some leg.

She swept her blonde hair into a tight ponytail, framed her features with earrings and balanced expertly on a sky-high pair of stilettos.

Joe’s roots in Armenia became better known earlier this year when he appeared on the PBS show Finding Your Roots and delved into the life story of his great-grandmother who survived the Armenian Genocide.

Caitlin, who is 18 years Sofia’s junior, was first linked to Joe a few months after news broke that his marriage was about to end.

Sofia and Joe married in 2015 when Sofia was at the height of her international fame as Gloria Pritchett on Modern Family.

After announcing their divorce in July, insiders told DailyMail.com that they were initially attracted to each other because they were opposites.

However, the sources explained that as time went on, Joe and Sofia’s “different attitudes” began to drive a wedge between them.
