Sydney multi-millionaire John Singleton has spent an eye-watering $15.85 million on his latest home in Killcare Heights.
The advertising guru, 82, has snapped up the 2.75-hectare Central Coast love nest through his old entity Ognis Pty Ltd. real estate.com.ouch on Monday.
Also known as the Panamuna Pavillion, the glamorous complex is located in the middle of Bouddi National Park and is sold via the Wiseberry Peninsula.
Boasting stunning ocean views, John and his seventh wife, 44-year-old Sarah Warry, enjoy a lush magnesium pool and tennis court.
Meanwhile, visiting friends and family will be treated to the highest standard of living with a beautiful two-bedroom guesthouse within the extensive grounds.

He and partner Sarah eloped in July last year after the pair fell in love over text but only made their romance public in December.
John said he has never been happier in his life and is excited to share great times with his new bride.

“We hit it off, she’s intelligent, funny, she can talk about philosophy, politics… She’s new to horse racing, so I’m trying to help her understand why I get such a kick out of it,” he said. The Daily Telegraph.
The pair met at one of the pubs John owns in Brisbane when Sarah was visiting there with her stepfather.
Sarah was previously the station manager of rural Victorian community radio station Coast FM.

Meanwhile, she has revealed what it was about John that made her fall for him.
“We texted everything about what I do and what he does and I really got to know him. Then we started talking. He is such a great conversationalist, he really listens,” she said.
John has a long list of ex-wives and girlfriends who have been divorced six times, including once from 60 Minutes reporter Liz Hayes in the early 1990s.
