A TikToker passing by @spoildalkaineforu often shares her “modern health wisdom,” as she writes in her biography.

Not a fan of gatekeepers, she revealed some tips she got from a top doctor video.

“I paid $6,769 for a one-on-one with the Kardashian family trichologist,” she said, speaking of their hair and scalp doctor.

“Here's everything I learned, for free.”

Tip number one: Swap all bottled shampoos and conditioners for natural shampoo bars.

“He said that almost nothing that is chemically made and put in a plastic bottle can be good for your hair if used daily.

“Buying shampoo bars made from aloe and green tea changed my life.”

But because she has dandruff, he has prescribed her Nizoral once a week to control it.

For just $15, it's an anti-dandruff product worth purchasing.

If you're dealing with thinning hair, he recommended whole-food biotin because it helps it grow thicker.

My four-ingredient DIY hair mask is just as good as Olaplex — a cheap essential is great for growth and strength

The same goes for bald spots or falling follicles, he said Batana oil from Spoildwhich retails for $37, is the way to go – and she saw results.

“Literally grew two inches in a month.”

And finally, there's one $2 food you can include in your diet if you want that glow.

“One avocado a day keeps dull hair away. But really… it's the healthy fats that give the hair shine. I'm obsessed.”

Viewers appreciated her tips.

“Thanks for sharing! Here's to my hair care journey,” one person wrote.

'Read his books! They are life changing,” another added.
