Kate Waterhouse is eyeing a big reward after putting an elegant property in Sydney's eastern suburbs on the market.
The racing heiress has set a target price of $900,000 for the two-bedroom, one-bathroom Potts Point condo, which will be auctioned next month.
Waterhouse bought the property as an investment property in 2010 for $525,000 and rents it out for an eye-watering $900 a week.
The Wentworth Courier reports that Waterhouse and husband Luke Ricketson are selling to scale up to a larger investment property.

The racing heiress and the former sports star got married on June 28, 2012 in Sicily, Italy.
