Kerry Katona showed off her impressive fourth weight loss in a skimpy white bikini on Wednesday as she enjoyed a romantic holiday with her fiancé Ryan Mahoney in Spain.

The former Atomic Kitten singer, 43, and her fitness coach boyfriend Ryan have been dating for five years and got engaged in 2021.

And the duo looked stronger than ever and couldn't keep their hands off each other as they shared several kisses around the pool.

She has adopted a new diet and exercise routine and previously told how she went from a size 16 to a size 8 in just one year, which has also boosted her mental health.

Now weighing a healthy 3.5kg, Kerry incorporates yoga, strength training and cardio training into her daily routine.

Despite previous struggles with yo-yo dieting, Kerry has now taken a balanced approach, combining calorie counting with exercise.

Writing in her OK! magazine column on Monday she said: 'I can't believe how much weight I've lost now – I'm a size 6-8.

“I've been really doing a great job with my training every day and putting a lot of effort into it, so I'm glad it's paying off.”
