The former Atomic Kitten, 43, underwent eyelid surgery to remove excess skin from the eyelids.
Kerry was dressed to impress in a silver metallic jumpsuit as she celebrated her daughter Lilly's 21st birthday on Saturday evening.

She then showed off a birthday breakfast consisting of Colin the Caterpillar cake, doughnuts, fairy cakes and sparklers, while singing Happy Birthday in a loud voice.
After her surgery, Kerry was left 'crying all day' in pain as she accidentally 'scratched her cornea' during recovery.
That's what the TV personality said in her new! column recently: 'I cry all day in pain. When I came out of recovery I didn't know what I was doing and rubbed my eye and scratched the cornea.
“I scratched all the nerve endings which my doctor said is almost more painful than childbirth. I have complained so much, but it is completely my fault and has nothing to do with the operation.'
She told how she was left badly bruised and swollen but was 'delighted' with the results as she had wanted to have the procedure for some time.
Kerry has previously spoken out about how she begged Lilly-Sue to go on Love Island and set an example for young girls because she could bring some normalcy to the ITV program and 'she doesn't care.'
The 21-year-old has turned down Love Island twice after being approached to enter the villa.
Appearing on Slingo's Getting Lippy Gossip Show, alongside presenter Emma Conybeare and MailOnline's Rebecca Lawrence, Kerry praised her daughters' relaxed approach to life.
'They're from a different generation, but my Lilly doesn't really care. She was offered twice on Love Island. I was like, 'Lilly, please do it.'
She explained: 'Not just because I wanted to make a lot of money and give half of it to me. Because Lilly is one of those who doesn't shave her armpits, she sits there smoking a rollie, she's a very natural, beautiful looking girl.
'She doesn't want to shave her legs. Teen girls need to see that you know it's not like you don't have to look perfect all the time, just give two flying fucks.'
