“It’s just a lot of nonsense! We’re just arguing… about our damn lives!’ Biermann, 38, said as he shouted at police during a Nov. 20 incident at their Georgia mansion after the former football player and his reality star wife’s children called 911 over their argument.
In the video, Biermann yelled at first responders as they asked him to step away from 45-year-old Zolciak-Biermann, who was seen in her car in their driveway in Georgia. “It’s nothing but an act. They’re all a bunch of bulls. Everything she does,” he claimed of his estranged husband’s actions. “This is narcissistic behavior. I’m not doing this.”
When Biermann was asked further about the incident, he shouted, “Our lives have been destroyed! What do not you understand? There is no money, there is no house, we divorce one day and not the next, she is the king of other men. What do you want?”
When an officer asked Biermann to “calm down,” he raised his voice and stormed back and forth in front of the estranged couple’s home. ‘Relax, if I no longer have a royal life! I don’t have anyone who will listen to me!’ he claimed. “Oh, take it easy? You want this life [life], mother-ker? You wouldn’t have lasted a year. You wouldn’t have lasted a day in this damn house!”
After trying to get Biermann’s side of the story, an officer went to Zolciak-Biermann, who was still in her car, and questioned her about the incident.
“He’s been yelling at me like crazy for two hours,” says the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum claimed when talking about Biermann. “I just want a divorce. I just want it to be over.”
Zolciak-Biermann began crying as she recalled the day’s events, claiming Biermann “jumped in front of my car” after trying to prevent her from “leaving” the house.

“I finally came out of the gate and was walking down the street in my bathrobe and I was screaming for help from my neighbors, ‘Please, someone help me,’” she alleged, claiming her estranged husband “screamed” in her ear and “ grabbing” her bathrobe as she tried to leave the building.
While Biermann argued that the police had no right to be in his home, the officers repeatedly told him that his children had called 911 because of their parents’ argument. During the exchange, the child reportedly said, “It looked like Kroy had been punched [Kim].” The officer reported that when asked to explain the altercation, the boy claimed Biermann “put his hand in her face,” but insisted he did not do it in an “aggressive manner.”
“During my conversation with Juvenile 1, I was told several times by the other youth that the argument never became physical, and that they just yelled at each other,” the report said.
In Biermann’s statement to police, he claimed that “it never became physical,” the report said. Zolciak-Biermann was also questioned by the officers. “She told me that at no time did Kroy put his hands on her in a threatening manner, nor did he force her to come back to the house or go to any other room in the house,” the documents state. “[Kim] told me that the argument remained verbal in nature.”
Us confirmed on Monday, December 11, that Zolciak-Biermann and Biermann have been ordered to attend a mediation session by January 31, 2024, amid their ongoing divorce.
