Line Of Duty star Vicky McClure has been appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire [MBE] Tuesday by King Charles III at Windsor Castle.
The actress, 40, received the honor, which recognizes her services to drama and charity.
She wore a neat black dress suit, fitted at the waist for the occasion, and a hat.
But she made quite a bold fashion style statement by wearing knee-high leather boots with a sharp metal heel.
She had an animated smile on her face as the king spoke a few words to her before pinning the award to her jacket.

Vicky, who played Detective Inspector Kate Fleming in Line Of Duty, will soon star in the second season of TV series Trigger Point.
In the crime series, Vicky plays former military bomb disposal expert Lana Washington, an Afghan war veteran who now heads the Metropolitan Police’s bomb squad.
In Season 2, Lana and her agents take on a terrorist group targeting London, leaving behind clues for them to find as they prepare to attack various locations.
It’s been a great year for Vicky and in August she tied the knot with her fiancé Jonny Owen in Nottingham.
Vicky and Johnny, 54, were serenaded by the Dementia Choir – a singing group made up of people all living with dementia – which she helped fund.
During their romantic big day, the newlyweds were joined by a host of celebrity guests, including her Line of Duty co-stars Martin Compston, Adrian Dunbar and Craig Parkinson.
Football manager Rob Page, Everton manager Sean Dyche and TV presenter Paddy McGuinness were also in attendance.
