We live in a van for free and it's so cheap: we wash for free at gas stations
A COUPLE have revealed they live in a van and although there is no shower, they can wash up for free at petrol stations.
Kieran and Beckie live in a van with their three dogs and are currently traveling around Europe.

As a result of their life on wheels, the couple lives rent-free and is therefore able to save not only money, but also bills.
In a clip shared on social media, the couple shared how they shower on the go.
Beckie explained: “So a lot of people ask how we shower on the road.
“So this is how we do it: we are currently between France and Spain.

“Many gas stations that you find near the highway have showers; some are paid, others are free.
“In fact, we have yet to encounter one that we have had to pay for.”
The blonde beauty then shared that they had 18 minutes to share the water for their most recent shower.
She added: “We just showered together for free. We had to hand in our bus keys, which we have never done before, and then we were given the key to the shower.
“We had 18 minutes of water, so it's quite a job, but actually we both showered in 18 minutes and I washed my hair.
“I'll dry my hair in the van later because we have enough battery to use my hairdryer and my hair straighteners.
“Listen, it's never going to be the most glamorous shower you'll ever have.
“It was beautiful Nice and clean to be honest – sometimes you might want to wear your slippers inside.
“But they work and it allows us to live this lifestyle and not pay for campsites, which is a winner, winner, chicken dinner.”

In another videoBeckie elaborated on the cost of living in a van.
She explained: “We travel around Europe full time.
“This week has been a middle of the road week, so I'm going to go through what things have cost us this week.
“This week we had the lowest amount for our showers – we tend to use more public facilities for showers and this week we spent £3.42 on showers.
“The next thing we spent money on was topping up our LPG tank, this is the gas we use for cooking. We spent £6.13.
“Next was data: we paid £13.66 to top up our SIM card.
“Our next splurge was our miscellaneous stuff – we treated ourselves this week. We've been looking for a couple of comfy beach chairs – we ended up buying two, they came to £85.48. That was a luxury splurge for us .
“Our next expense was fuel, which came to £91.20.
“Our biggest spend this week: we spent £159.48 on food.”
People left divided
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @the tail end of travelhas clearly left many with their mouths open as it has quickly amassed 41,800 views.
But social media users were divided over the clip – while some thought it was a great lifestyle, others wondered why the couple didn't buy a shower with a van.
One person said: “Thanks for this information! This will definitely come in handy!!”
Another added: “Living life.”
At the same time, someone else commented: “Or a camper with a shower.”
The couple wrote back: “Yes! But not yet something we have or want.”
