Louis Theroux has paid tribute to American porn star Kagney Linn Karter, following her death at the age of 36.
The adult film actress reportedly committed suicide last week at her home in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
Her body was found by her mother at her address on February 15, Parma police announced. The force continues to investigate her death but told media there were 'no signs of foul play'.
TV interviewer Louis Theroux featured Ms. Karter in his 2012 documentary Twilight of the Porn Stars. He remembered her as a “kind and thoughtful” person who “v[ery] honestly'.
“My thoughts are with her friends and family,” he posted on X, formerly Twitter.

A GoFundMe page was set up for Ms Karter's mother to pay for her memorial, which has so far raised more than $20,000 (£15,800).
Karter entered the porn industry in the early 2000s, starring in films such as the Official Silence of the Lambs Parody and Not Married with Children XXX.
The star has been nominated several times for Adult Video News awards, including 2011 for Top Female Artist of the Year. In 2010 she was nominated as Best New Star.
Commenters flooded her latest social media post, as one said: “Kags. Love you forever.”
“Jesus this is sad,” wrote another.
The adult star had previously had a public feud with signer Chris Brown in which she claimed he paid her $2,500 to serve as an escort.
