£39.50 Marks & Spencer slim bag sells out after comparing it to a £16,450 Hermes bag on TikTok
A £39.50 M&S bag has become one of the most coveted accessories on TikTok after being compared to a Hermes bag, which cost £16,450.
Available in smooth black or brown faux leather, the designer dupe is available in selected M&S stores nationwide.
But after an influx of orders, the black bag has sold out online, leaving only the brown option available while supplies last.
The M&S Faux Leather Top Handle Tote Bag has a sleek, rectangular silhouette and a twist-lock closure and is not much different from the Hermès Kelly Sellier 28cm bag.
Ciara O'Dohertyy from Ireland, who goes by the handle @ciaraodohertyy, shared an unboxing video just before the bag went viral.

Social media users caused the black handbag to sell out online after discovering its resemblance to Hermes – with only the brown version remaining in stock.
The sleek faux leather design includes an adjustable shoulder strap that can be worn across the body or slung over one shoulder, while the 21.5cm x 27cm x 10.5cm dimensions prove perfect for carrying everyday essentials .
