A woman who threw the ‘wedding of the century’ – complete with an intimate Maroon 5 concert, a rehearsal dinner at the Paris Opera House, a private lunch at the Chanel Haute Couture Suite, and an overnight stay at the Palace of Versailles – has left the internet in awe.

When Madelaine Brockway, 26, who is originally from Miami, Florida, but now lives in Fort Worth, Texas, tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend, Jacob LaGrone, the couple certainly pulled out all the stops.

The pair flew to Paris, France, via private jet of course, where they had a dazzling five-day celebration at some of the most coveted spots throughout the City of Lights.

They received the ultimate VIP treatment throughout the nearly week-long endeavor, which included a personal driver, an immense hair and makeup team to ensure Madelaine looked perfect for each occasion, a slew of designer looks, and a group of professional photographers who trailed their every move.

Madelaine documented the entire thing and shared it to her TikTok account, where the videos went viral, gaining hundreds of thousands of views and leaving many people wondering: Who exactly are Madelaine and Jacob and how were they manage to pull off what’s now been hailed as the most glamorous nuptials in the last 100 years?

The wedding took place on November 18, but the events started long before that – as the couple and their closest friends and family members flew to Paris days prior to begin the celebrations.

It started with a party at the Chanel store, where Madelaine – dressed in a white button-down sweater dress, tights, and black heels with a floral embellishment – and her loved ones were served a stunning array of treats. 

The group got to make their own custom Chanel pouches as they sipped on champagne and enjoyed the desserts.

The next day, they headed to the iconic Palace of Versailles, where they were given a private tour.

That evening, Madelaine and Jacob hosted a candlelit dinner for their relatives at the former royal residence, where waiters dressed in old-fashioned attire brought out delicious looking food and drink.

For this, Madelaine opted for a long, flowing white gown with a haltered neckline.

The couple stayed overnight at the Le Grand Contrôle hotel in the Palace, where rooms start at $2,400 per night but go up to $14,200 depending on the type and size. 

On Wednesday, Madelaine and Jacob visited the Eiffel Tower, before embarking on a nighttime boat tour of the city, where they enjoyed another fancy meal.

After that, they had a small afterparty under the Arc De Triumph, where they snacked on Macaroons and enjoyed some cocktails.

This time, the bride-to-be donned a black and white striped dress with a floral patterned jacket, and matching heels.

The rehearsal dinner took place at the acclaimed Paris Opera House – and the pair had the building completely decked out with hundreds of flowers. 

According to a video shared by the flower company, it took 25 staff members and an entire week of preparing to get the Opera House ready for Madelaine’s party. 

Violinists lined the stairs and played live music as Madelaine and Jacob entered.

The pair and their guests then dined under Marc Chagall’s famous painted ceiling in the Garnier.

Madelaine sported a white strapless mini gown that was covered in fake flowers for the evening. 

While the price of holding an event at the Paris Opera House is not listed on its website, an event company has estimated that it costs at least $325,000.

The location for the actual wedding is unknown as Madelaine has yet to upload any content from the big day, but based on posts from the guests, it looks like it was held outdoors in an exquisite garden with views of the Eiffel Tower. 

For the reception afterwards, they celebrated in a room that had white and green flowers hanging from the ceiling, a live orchestra, and intricate lights that spelled out their initials.

For her nuptials, Madelaine wore a chic, white, off-the-shoulder wedding dress with a long train.

Maroon 5 took the stage later on in the evening, performing for the couple as they enjoyed their first dance together. 

It should come as no surprise that Madelaine’s bachelorette party was just as extraordinary.

She hosted a four-night stay at a celebrity-loved five-star resort in Utah with her closest friends last month, and each day had a different theme.

The first was ‘pretty in pink’ and saw the ladies all decked out in Barbie-looking outfits as they partied by a pool.

The second day had an extraterrestrial theme and included a slew of futuristic-looking dancers and DJ. Madelaine wore a lime green and sparkly dress with a matching green wig.

Day three was entitled ‘golden hour,’ while the final event was a Marie Antoinette party.

For the latter, the bride-to-be dressed up like the former Queen of France by putting on an elaborate white gown with multiple bow embellishments and intricate lace details.

She completed the look with an enormous big wig that resembled something from the 1700s.

The bachelorette party took place at the Amangiri hotel, which has hosted the likes of Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian, Ivanka Trump, Miley Cyrus, Hailey and Justin Bieber, Emily Ratajkowski, Ariana Grande, Brad Pitt, and Angelina Jolie, among others, since it opened in 2009.

It’s located on 600-acres of land in the heart of the Utah dessert, and offers breathtaking views, supreme privacy, lavish amenities (like the 25,000-square-foot spa, steam room, sauna, plunge pool, and yoga studio), delicious food, and a slew of opulent services along with its glamorous accommodations.

The hotel offers 34 suites that range in price, starting at $3,200 for the lowest and $6,600 for the highest – as well as a separate four-bedroom private home, which doesn’t list its price on the website. 

Madelaine and Jacob’s over-the-top wedding caught the attention of hundreds of thousands of people.

‘I am just sitting in my car right now with my jaw on the floor. The most stunning wedding in the world is happening right now,’ one event planner, named Lauren Zigman, posted in a video after coming across Madelaine’s.

It turns out, Madelaine hails from a very successful family. Her dad, Bob Brockway, is the chairman and CEO of Ussery Automotive Group, a car company that oversees a series of Mercedes Benz dealerships in Florida.

Ussery Automotive Group made headlines in August for selling two of its locations for a total of $150 million profit.

As her for mom, Paula Brockway, she serves as the Vice President for the Mercedes Benz branch in Coral Gables, Florida.

During high school, Madelaine attended the elite All Saints’ Episcopal School before she headed to Texas Christian University for college.

She started dating Jacob, who is originally from Nashville and is a graduate of University of Mississippi, in March 2020.

According to his LinkedIn, Jacob worked as a talent coordinator for the Country Music Association in 2013 and 2014, ‘coordinating’ and ‘providing logistical support for all talent on the main stage during the CMA Festival.’

After that, he worked as an operations assistant for the Ole Miss football team for over three years, where he ‘provided daily assistance to the Director of Football Operations and Assistant Athletic Director.’

He then served as country superstar Jason Aldean’s production assistant in 2018, but it’s unclear what he does for work now. 

Madelaine has been flaunting her lavish lifestyle online long before her wedding to Jacob gained traction.

For years, her Instagram feed has consisted of pictures and videos that show her dressing in designer outfits, dining in top restaurants, embarking on yacht rides, attending elite fashion shows and events, and jetting off all over the world.

She’s a frequent visitor to France, but she’s also traveled to Lake Cuomo in Italy, the mountains in Colorado, Belgium, and Amsterdam in the Netherlands over the last few years.

She’s often in the audience at F1 races thanks to her parents’ connection to Mercedes Benz, and landed invites to a slew of Paris Fashion Week shows for big brands like Valentino and Dior last year.
