Mark Wahlberg showed off his stunning physique as he was spotted swimming by the ocean in Barbados this week.

He has indulged in a steamy holiday with his wife Rhea Durham, with whom he was spotted making public displays of affection.

They could be seen kissing each other passionately as they floated around in the shallow water and enjoyed the Caribbean sun.

For his latest outing, Mark bared his marble-split torso in a pair of color-blocked trunks that clung to his toned thighs.

Adonis, 52, was dripping wet when he emerged from the ocean and strolled across the sand with his wife.

The sizzling heartthrob blocked the rays with a pair of glowing sunglasses and completed the look with a waterproof watch.

Meanwhile, Rhea served up a generous helping of cleavage in a barely-there black bikini that also hinted at her perky derriere.

The mother of four swept her dark hair back into a high ponytail and accessorized her look with sunglasses and a watch.

After splashing in the ocean together, the dynamic duo could be seen enjoying some rest and recuperation on the lounge chairs.

Mark pulled a T-shirt over his statuesque torso, while Rhea opted for a Breton striped peek-a-boo minidress to throw over her swimsuit.

Rhea and Mark married in 2009 after an eight-year romance and are now the proud parents of four children: Ella, 20, Michael, 17, Brendan, 15, and Grace, 13.

A few weeks before his Christmas holiday to Barbados, Mark celebrated another holiday with a steamy meat-flashing post on Instagram.

In a Thanksgiving Day video post, he went shirtless and wore barely-there shorts to take a cold plunge.

But before he got soaked, the devout Catholic crossed himself and urged his fans: “On this day, every day, remember to give thanks and praise the Lord.”

Mark had the same sculpted body as he did 30 years ago, when he featured in a sensational Calvin Klein campaign with Kate Moss.

He has maintained his ageless good looks with an unrestricted health and fitness regimen, in which red light therapy and cold plunges are the tip of the iceberg.

The hunk gets up every day between 3:30 and 4:00 am and starts his day with vitamins and supplements, such as vitamins C and D and turmeric.

As for his diet, he abstains from anything the next day between 6 p.m. and 12 p.m., nourishing himself with espressos in between.

However, his current routine is a relaxed affair, in addition to his former habit of getting up at 2:30 a.m. and eating up to eight meals a day to keep up his grueling workout schedule.

These days, his fitness regime is a little less strenuous, but he’s “all about intermittent fasting,” which has helped him achieve the body he desires.

“I don’t have to do as much cardio, I don’t have to spend as much time in the gym and I feel like I’m getting better results,” he told the Wall Street Journal last year.

“I try to share that information with everyone because I really see the benefits very quickly,” Mark added.

The Departed star has praised the benefits of ‘being consistent with my routine’, explaining: ‘Getting the right amount of rest, staying really focused. My spirituality, my faith has to be the center of it all.”
