During his visit, he conducted a comprehensive survey of HAL’s manufacturing facility, including the production of Tejas jets. According to reports, the flight lasted almost 45 minutes.

After the ride, he posted on X: “A mission on the Tejas successfully completed. The experience was incredibly enriching, greatly strengthening my confidence in our country’s indigenous capabilities and giving me a renewed sense of pride and optimism about our national potential.”

“Flying into Tejas today, I can say with immense pride that through our hard work and dedication, we are none other than anyone else in the world in self-reliance. Heartfelt congratulations to the Indian Air Force, DRDO and HAL as well as to all Indians,” he added.
