MasterChef judge Melissa Leong shared a “humiliating” moment she experienced during a recent trip abroad.

The 41-year-old food critic was spotted by a fan as she exited an airplane toilet on a flight from Singapore.

“Perhaps the most frightening moment to be asked if I’m myself: being chased by another passenger after they came out of the toilet,” she explained.

She said the situation got worse quickly because she didn’t look and feel her best.

‘Half asleep, hair all over, no makeup with trackies on and just got my period. Yes, it’s me, just maybe not the me you want…”

“International names like Jamie Oliver, Nigella Lawson and Shannon Bennett have all been thrown around,” an insider told Woman’s Day.

However, the source added that these culinary experts all have hectic schedules, so booking them for the competitive cooking show was currently “a pipe dream.”

The network would also consider bringing “heritage” names back to the series, such as original judges George Calombaris and Gary Mehigan, to attract older viewers.

“Perhaps the most humiliating time to be asked if I’m myself: being followed on the plane by another passenger after she comes out of the bathroom,” Melissa began.

Another expert under consideration is celebrity pastry chef Amaury Guichon, who will appear alongside Melissa Leong in the MasterChef spin-off, Dessert Masters, later this year.

It comes amid rumors that celebrity chefs Melissa Leong and Andy Allen may be moving on without a permanent third as the Announce sun reported Saturday.

The publications claimed that the cooking duo would instead head into the next season alongside a rotating roster of guest judges.
