The lucky ex is former fashion student Rachel Dunn with whom he dated from 2003 to 2005. He signed the will on October 26, 2009.

Perry wrote in his memoir that she was “the ex-girlfriend of his dream.”

The two ended things around the time Friends wrapped.

“There was no drama in the split, just a commitment from Matthew to stay focused on his sobriety,” a source close to the former couple told People at the time.

He had also dated famous ladies – including Julia Roberts, Neve Campbell, Natasha Wagner and Lizzy Caplan – but they were not mentioned in the will.

He left more than $1 million in a trust he set up named after a famous Woody Allen movie character, even though he was worth more than $120 million.

He created the trust called the Alvy Singer Living Trust – named after Allen’s 1977 Annie Hall character.

According to legal documents obtained by DailyMail.com, the late Friends star – who died of a ketamine overdose on October 28, 2023 at the age of 54 – made a will in 2009 in which he said he would “leave the majority of his assets to a trust wanted to leave behind’.

The Chandler Bing actor – who starred on Friends from 1994 to 2004 – reportedly made $20 million a year from residuals from the show.

Other named beneficiaries include the star’s father John Perry, mother Suzanne Morrison and half-sister Caitlin Morrison.

The documents list the value of the star’s personal property as ‘just over $1 million’ – this money is what his executors have found as additional assets not yet in his private trust.

Perry was worth an estimated $120 million.

The star who died without ever having children had made a distinction in his will that any children he had after 2009 would not have an ‘explicit right’ to his fortune.

Lisa Ferguson and Mike Myers’ ex-wife Robin Ruzan are listed as co-executors of the will – both Perry and Ruzan worked on the game show Celebrity Liar in the 2010s.

Perry’s parents will likely assume his acting rights, as well as other parts of his estate, including his 2022 memoir, according to Day Pitney trusts and estate partner Tasha Dickinson.

Perry died from the “acute effects of ketamine” and drowning, his autopsy revealed – with the actor having similar amounts of ketamine in his system as a hospital patient under general anesthesia.

“The County of Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner has determined the cause of death of 54-year-old actor Matthew Langford Perry to be the acute effects of ketamine,” the Los Angeles coroner’s office said.

‘Factors contributing to Mr. Perry’s death include drowning, coronary artery disease and the effects of buprenorphine (used to treat opioid use disorder). The manner of death is accidental.”

Perry was found face down in the hot tub adjacent to the pool at his Los Angeles home on October 28 at 4:17 p.m., stunning the showbiz world and breaking the hearts of fans around the world .

He had been receiving ketamine infusion therapy as a treatment for depression, the medical examiner reported — but the last session was a week and a half before he died, and the ketamine is only in your system for three to four hours, meaning it didn’t happen. lead directly to his death.

“At the high levels of ketamine found in his post-mortem blood samples, the main lethal effects would be due to both cardiovascular overstimulation and respiratory depression,” concluded the medical examiner, Raffi Djabourian.

Perry’s blood ketamine levels were 3,540 ng/ml in peripheral blood and 3,271 ng/ml in central blood.

For a patient under general anesthesia in a hospital, a blood ketamine level of 1,000-6,000 ng/ml would be normal, the medical examiner explained.

‘Drowning is a contributing factor due to the likelihood of him ending up in the pool while losing consciousness; Coronary artery disease contributes due to exacerbation of ketamine-induced myocardial effects on the heart.

‘The effects of buprenorphine are listed as contributing even though they are not at toxic levels, due to the additive respiratory effects when present with high levels of ketamine.’

He had no alcohol, cocaine, heroin, meth or fentanyl in his system.

He was pronounced dead at the scene and the medical examiner performed the autopsy on October 29.
