Meghan Markle hits the slopes with friends for ‘perfect’ ski trip
Meghan Markle enjoyed a fun skiing holiday with a group of her good friends.
The Duchess of Sussex, 42, appeared in a series of photos shared via Instagram on Thursday, February 29, laughing and posing with her friends in the mountains.
“Wow, what a perfect trip!!” Owner of Pilates Platinum Heather Doraka longtime friend of Meghan’s, captioned the post, which also showed little ones joining in on the fun.
She continued, “My heart is so full. During the day the kids smashed the slopes and the adults howled with laughter long into the night. I am really lucky in love with our wonderful friends!”
Another friend, mother influencer Kelly McKee Zajfenalso opened up about the trip while sharing her own photos of the trio.
“More than grateful for the best friends!” she captioned her Instagram slideshow, in which a cheerful Meghan posed with her skis. “What a trip! Thank you, it doesn’t even begin to express what my heart feels after this trip. The love for family time, adventures and belly laughs made this trip one for the books! Here’s to many more adventures with friends who feel like family and enjoy every day. ❤️🩹.”
Meghan seemed to be enjoying her time off before starting her next project. The To take alum currently has a “dynamic” podcast “in the works,” a source exclusively shared We weekly last month.
Meghan previously helmed Spotify’s podcast “Archetypes” in August 2022, which tackled stereotypes against women and featured interviews with A-list celebrity guests. Prince Harry inked with the streaming platform after their 2020 royal exit ended in June 2023. She is now gearing up to re-release episodes of “Archetypes” and launch a new show via Lemonada.
“[She] wants to do mostly philanthropic content,” the insider shared Us. “She thinks she’s too academic for just entertainment. She doesn’t want the podcast to be celebrity-based, even though it will have some stars on it.”
As for what listeners can expect, the source said Meghan plans to “do some inner reflection” and share personal life stories.

“Harry and Meghan are in extremely high demand,” the source said, adding that they have been approached for speaking engagements, entertainment jobs and business partnerships.
The pair are even considering returning to Los Angeles to get closer to the Hollywood action, the insider said.
“Harry and Meghan think 2024 will be the year of redemption,” a second source noted.
