The fantasist focused on father and daughter Martin and Eve Hibbert, who suffered life-changing injuries when Salman Abedi detonated a backpack bomb in the prison. Ariana Grande concert, for “proof”.
Eve was just 14 when she suffered severe brain damage and was still using a wheelchair seven years later, while her father suffered a spinal cord injury.
As part of his frenzied campaign, he visited her home and installed a camera hidden in a fake plant to see if the now 21-year-old could walk.

Even as Eve left the house in her wheelchair, Hall insisted there was “no evidence” her injuries were due to the bomb.
The madman also believes the father and daughter were 'probably injured before the attack' but did not go to the Manchester Arena that night – even though they were seen on CCTV at the concert.
They took Hall to the High Court for harassment, misuse of private information and data protection breaches after waging war against them.
Hall also claimed that the victims of the attack were “crisis actors” and that the blast had been faked by government agencies.
He is accused of profiting from the attack by selling books about the fact that it is forged.
Hall is selling a 'compilation' DVD of his bizarre theories on his online store for £15 and has begged followers for donations.
He also disputes Madeleine McCann's disappearance and MP Jo Cox's murder.

Martin told the show at the time: “I'm all for it freedom of speech but it goes too far to say that I am an actor, or that I am not paraplegic, or that Eve is not disabled, that she is not in a wheelchair.
“He profits from the suffering of others and I don't want that. He can say whatever he wants about me, but when it comes to my daughter and the people who have lost loved ones, it's too far.
“We already have enough to get through everyday life without him.”

Hall is now facing the “sneaking” of a judge, who yesterday called his claims “absurd and fantastic”.
The ruling was welcomed by Eve and Martin, who said Hall's views were “abhorrent and insulting to those who suffered so greatly that evening”.
Martin added: “When he started approaching my daughter and her home as part of these imaginative investigations, he went way too far.
“It is unacceptable to cause us fear and suffering in this way and a stand had to be taken.
“I'm glad a court saw through his ridiculous claims.”
The legal battle is the first of its kind in Britain being waged against a conspiracy theorist to prevent him from sharing his damaging views.
Hall, representing himself, showed the court a series of images which he claims show survivors lying about their injuries.
He also referred to affected concertgoers on the ground who had “agreed to take part in an exercise”.
How the bombing of Manchester unfolded
So was Abedi captured in chilling camera footage footage showing a backpack full of thousands of nuts, just 19 seconds before the deadly explosion.
He had waited in the foyer of the Manchester Arena for about an hour before parents and children left the gig at 10.30pm.
One minute later he detonated the bomb while 359 people stood in the City Chamber – 19 of whom were declared dead on the spot.
The youngest victim, Saffie-Rose Roussos, eight, suffered more than seventy external injuries, seventeen of them metal nuts in her body and died from blood loss due to multiple injuries.
Among the debris found after the blast were 1,675 nyloc nuts, 156 flange nuts, 663 common nuts and 11 fragments of Abedi and his victims.
Screws had also been recovered by researchers, but they were so damaged they could not be counted.
Abedi's body was later found in four parts and he had to be identified through his DNA and fingerprints.
His brother was convicted of 22 murders, including one attempted murder involving the injured survivors, and conspiring with his brother to cause explosions.
Judge Richard Davison ruled in favor of the Hibberts for summary judgment – meaning parts of the case can be decided without a trial.
He said he feared Hall would use a trial “as a means to further and test his staged attack hypothesis.”
The judge also said it was “fanciful” to suggest Abedi did not die and “even more fanciful” to claim the bomber was an intelligence asset.
He added: 'Suffice it to say that, while his beliefs may be genuinely held, his theory that the Manchester bombing was an operation staged by government agencies in which no one was actually killed or injured is absurd and fantastic and provides no basis for refuting the conviction.”
Further hearings are expected to take place to determine the remainder of the claim and costs.
Abedi innocently murdered children and adults and hundreds of others were injured in the blast.
He was also killed in the horrific attack, while his ISIS fanatic brother Hashem later died sentenced for life for his “integral role” in the atrocity.
