Monica Garcia says leaving 'RHOSLC' wasn't 'my decision'
Monica García makes it clear that she did not voluntarily decide to leave The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City after one season.
“That would be a decision between the cast and Bravo. It would not have been my decision,” said 40-year-old Monica The cut in a profile published on Wednesday, January 24, when he was asked a hypothetical question about leaving the Bravo hit.
A day earlier, on Tuesday, January 23, reports surfaced that Monica would not return for season 5 of RHOSLC. Executive producer later that day Andy Cohen revealed on his Watch what happens live with Andy Cohen talk show that Monica will take a “break” from the show.
Monica joined RHOSLC season 4, where she made an immediate impact. During the finale earlier this month, costar Heather Gay revealed to the cast that Monica was the mastermind behind Instagram troll account Reality Von Tease.

“To be honest, I didn't think it would be a big problem. This was a bigger deal then Jen [Shah] getting arrested and going to jail,” Monica recalled The cut of the revelation. “It's comical in a way that they're more angry at me about a snark page than about someone scamming elderly people out of millions of dollars.
