One woman has divided opinion after revealing her morning routine — which includes getting up at 3:45 a.m., walking the dog, and enjoying a sauna session and ice shower, all before work at 8 a.m.

Chloe Alice Louise Bootham, 26, from Bolton, broke up her schedule LinkedInbefore it was picked up by Twitter account The state of LinkedInwho shared it with their 288,200 followers.

They captioned the post’s screenshot: “Good morning to all of you who didn’t get out of bed at 3:45 this morning.”

Recalling the order she likes to start her day in, Chloe wrote, “Every day my alarm goes off at 3:45am!! Why? Because I absolutely love it. My daily routine looks something like this…”

The sales manager went on to list her schedule, revealing that after her alarm went off there was no snooze button, just a “3,2,1 up.”

After a quick shower and changing into training clothes, she is in the gym at 4:30 am for an hour of exercise, then sauna, an ice-cold shower and then on her way home.

By the time she gets home at 6:30 a.m., a time many people would still consider quite early, Chloe is back on her way to walk her dog, Hugo.

This is then followed by breakfast before she is ready to start her day work at 08:00 AM.

She added, “This is my routine, this is my passion, I love waking up at 3:45 am, am grateful and thinking well today is getting it!” I’m persistent, I’m consistent and even on the days when I don’t want to get out of bed… I do and I get it done!’

Chloe added that the routine allows her to be more proactive and she absolutely loves it.

Understandably, a lot of people had questions, especially about what time she went to bed, which Chloe was happy to answer.

Admitting that bedtime usually fell asleep around 9 p.m., she explained, “Routine is a routine and I work at least 10 hours a day in the office or on the road. !’

Another questioned how long she had been up so early, revealing that it had been going on for several years after it initially started at 5:00 AM.

She wrote: “…I did 5:00 club for years and then I got a new coach who trains me at 4:30 so after almost a year getting up from 3:45 is now a lifestyle haha!’

Many people were enthusiastic about the early morning start, with many comments. One person wrote, “This is a great routine and waking up early has a positive impact on our minds and bodies.”

“Great dedication and dedication Chloe, have a great week,” another member added. And a third person was excited: ‘You are a machine!! Well done, superstar Chloe.”

Interestingly enough, the comments under the Twitter account weren’t all that positive, as many ripped into the routine.

One person wrote, “It is impossible for this kind of routine to actually happen. Which makes you look at the type of person posting this in a different way. deceived. Foreign. needy.’

“It takes them over 4 hours to get up, go to the gym and eat breakfast, which to me suggests they need some time management help.”

“Also, if it’s “literally 3,2,1 up” how f****** far is your shower that it takes 15 minutes to get in?!,” another mortified Twitter user added .

Someone else quipped, “I can get up and work out at 7am, get showered and fed, and be at my desk at 9am.” I don’t, but I can.’

A fourth teased: “What they don’t mention is that at 4pm they’re sprawled on the couch in front of the TV, fast asleep, with a half-chewed piece of pizza gently sliding down their chests…”

While another was convinced it should be made up, asking, “This must be a parody.” It has to be like this.’

Speaking to FEMAIL about the response to her post, Chloe said: “I did the 5 a.m. club and then I got a new PT called Cammie who trains me at 4:30 a.m. so after almost a year of getting up at 3:45 a.m. it’s a lifestyle now.

“…I’ve found that early mornings and gym workouts make me a better sales manager, allowing me to devote more time and attention to my customers – who I love!”

For those anxiously wondering why it takes 15 minutes to get from bed to shower, Chloe says, “It just does — by the time I get my clothes ready and my gym bag together… fifteen minutes passed.’

Despite loving her routine, Chloe admits that her friends and family aren’t too thrilled about it.

She said: ‘They think I’m crazy and that I wake up in the middle of the night, but my colleagues like the energetic person who makes me at work.

“I’m single if that gives you any answers as to how it affects relationships, but I’m committed to the routine more than anything, so I say no to plans if they interrupt them.”

“That being said, I’m able to integrate my social life around it and I like to let my hair down and have fun on the weekends.”

Positive and energetic, Chloe says she is not affected by the negative comments on Twitter.

She said, “I don’t let the negative comments get me down though, because I always get them on LinkedIn anyway — they don’t bother me. I think it’s funny how everyone cares about what I do in the morning.

“More than half of the tweets are about why I shower before the gym and it’s as simple as me being hygienic and like feeling fresh in the morning.”

Chloe isn’t the only woman who thinks getting up before daybreak is the key to a successful career and fulfilling life.

Anna Wintour, the editor-in-chief of American Vogue, is on the tennis court at 6 a.m. and former First Lady Michelle Obama drags herself out of bed at 4:30 a.m. to work out before her daughters get up.

FEMAIL previously spoke to three women who like to get up early for what they call the “magic hours” while their families sleep — and why, they say, they’re rich, successful, and slim.
