Female theatergoers at a Magic Mike Live show sexually assaulted staff, according to a police complaint.

The audience at the bawdy West End show is largely made up of screaming women promised a ‘hot and hilarious’ night out.

A message to ticket holders advises them to “drink lightly beforehand,” but continues, “We have a full bar and adorable wait staff to serve you drinks during the show.”

Police were asked to investigate whether some of those present at the event may have assaulted waiters, drinkers and hosts, who are said to be “all young, good-looking boys”, the newspaper reported.

The complaint alleged that someone attacked one of the ushers at London’s Hippodrome Casino in Leicester Square and allegedly fled the venue 20 minutes into his shift, the newspaper said.

A source told the Sun: ‘They tried to undress him. His suspenders were pulled down and his shirt opened, and so it went on.

‘He was helpless. We never saw him again after that.

‘It has happened to so many staff: being slapped on the butt, grabbed, kissed and pulled around by drunken guests.’

The newspaper was told that a woman who grabbed a waiter’s crotch escaped with only a warning.

It was claimed another was forcefully pulled towards a woman’s cleavage, ripping off his clip-on tie.

Several waiters were allegedly shot at by drunken guests who shouted comments such as: ‘Get your c**k out.’

And muscular dancers were also allegedly targeted, with his genitals roughly taken, according to the newspaper.

Magic Mike Live told MailOnline: ‘More than 500,000 fans, mainly women, enjoyed almost 2,000 performances of the show. The safety and well-being of our staff and public is of the utmost importance.

‘We have a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior in our venue and this is strictly enforced. We understand that this isolated complaint to the police was completely dismissed by a third party.”

On Thursday evening, a Scotland Yard spokesperson said: ‘We are aware of a report from a third party alleging sexual assault at a commercial premises in Leicester Square. No arrests have been made.

‘We always encourage any victim of a sexual offense to contact the police so that they can receive appropriate support.’
