But it was the son of American pop star Jameson who turned heads during her performance at Marvel Stadium on Saturday evening.

The seven-year-old took to the stage wearing a Carlton jersey with the number four on the back.

The Australian football club shared a video of the moment on their official social media this weekend.

“Hey @pink we love Jameson’s style,” the account captioned the sweet clip, which featured Jameson wearing headphones.

The proud mum encouraged the toddler to wave to the crowd before wandering off stage again.

It comes after Pink left Gen Z completely shocked as they only just discovered the global megastar isn’t actually Australian.

The American singer, 44, has a huge fan base Down Under and has broken records for concert and album sales in the country despite her huge popularity.

Pink, whose real name is Alecia Beth Moore, has spoken about how she considers Australia her “second home” and has even “considered” getting citizenship.

However, fans of Generation Z (born between 1997 and 2012) are only just discovering that Pink isn’t actually Australian, after mingling with locals and taking low-key outings on her latest tour Down Under.

TikTok user Bec Hardgrave sparked a huge debate when she described Pink as ‘an Australian trapped in the life of an American’, prompting many users to share their shock that the star was born and raised in the US.

In a video shared to the social media platform, Bec emphasized that Pink is an Australian through and through, telling viewers: “Pink is Australian to me, I know she’s not, I know she’s American accent, but I feel like she’s a trapped Australian. in the life of an American.

“Every time I see her do something, her mannerisms, everything about her screams Aussie to me. Like she gives Aussie.’

However, she quickly caused a stir in the comments as large numbers of Gen Z fans quickly shared their shock that Pink isn’t actually Australian.

“Wait, Pink is American? That’s how I found out Pink isn’t Australian,” one person said.

“Pink is still an Australian icon, even though she is not Australian. Her aesthetic is so Australian,” said another.

Pink has long considered Australia a second home and said she was “exploring” possible citizenship in February 2023.

She is currently Down Under with her family for the Australian leg of her Summer Carnival tour and has been spotted out and about on a series of low-key outings.
