CHARIZARD has long been the most popular Pokémon in the series since its initial release in 1995.

The developers of Pokémon know how popular Charizard is, which is why there are so many versions of it in the series.

Scarlet and Violet are no exception to the rule, and Pokémon is making a special Charizard available for a limited time.

You can catch The Mighty Charizard with a Dragon Tera-type out Tuesday March 12, 2024, until Tuesday March 19, 2024.

There will be a raid available every day, but you can only catch one during the week.

Here is the set that has this powerful Charizard

The mighty Charizard – Level 100

  • Nature – Modest
  • Skill – Solar energy
  • Item – No item
  • Tera – Dragon
  • Moves – Overheat, Fire Blast, Hurricane, Dragon Tera Blast, Dragon Pulse, Sunny Day, Inferno

It comes with some powerful moves that can take out the majority of people who try to tackle it.

With the Solar Power ability, all his movements are performed in the sun, which he can create with Sunny Day.

It has Flying, Fire, and Dragon-type moves, making it difficult to find a Pokémon that can survive the attack.

After testing several Pokémon to take on Charizard, this is the one we recommend.

Azumarill – Level 100

  • Nature – Unbending
  • Skill – Huge power
  • Item – Shell bell
  • Tera – Fairy
  • Moves – Memory loss, light screen, belly drum, rough playing

Azumarill’s Water/Fairy typing is perfect for this move, as it doesn’t take much damage from Fire or Dragon type moves.

It also features Light Screen and Amnesia to ensure it can withstand all of Charizard’s attacks.

Belly Drum means Azumarill only needs one turn to set up, and then he can hit back for massive amounts of damage with Play Rough.

If you have the right strategy, it will only take a few turns and this special Charizard will be yours.
