Police are still hunting a crazed crossbow enemy after two attacks left victims and other locals terrified.
A man suffered a neck injury when the mystery menace struck in the latest incident on Thursday.

Ten days earlier, Nazarine Cazley, 44, was shot in the back of the head in the same square in Shoreditch, East London.
Residents of the trendy neighborhood now fear for their lives.
Nazarine was taken to the hospital and a doctor removed the arrow.
Her husband Clifton said: ‘I can’t believe someone could do something like this. She lives in fear.”
Police the two linked attacks as the hunt continued.
Local Marcus Patton, 53, a graphic designer, said: “People are terrified now.
“The police entered a number of blocks. This almost feels like a sniper to me.
He added: “It’s crazy to see how easy it is to buy a crossbow Amazon. I went online after these attacks and found one for £28.”
Det Chief Supt James Conway of the Met said: “I understand that locals will be upset by these incidents, but we would urge them to go about their business.”
