Pregnant Hilary Duff shares ultrasound of her third baby with husband Matthew Koma, affectionately calling the child ‘little stinker with the cute nose’
Pregnant Hilary Duff looks like she’s fallen in love with her fourth child before the baby even arrives.
The actress, 36, took over Instagram Friday to share an ultrasound photo of her pregnancy with husband Matthew Koma, with whom she shares daughters Mae, five, and Banks, two.
Hilary also co-parents son Luca, 11, with ex-husband Mike Comrie.
Alongside the black and white photo, the Lizzie McGuire alum wrote, “Little stinker with the cute nose.”
The adorable post comes after Hilary announced her pregnancy by showing off her baby bump in her family’s Christmas card, which she posted on Instagram with the caption: “Tie on Buttercups, we’re adding one more to this crazy bunch.”

Alongside the black and white photo, the Lizzie McGuire alum wrote, “Little stinker with the cute nose.”
Matthew also shared the news on his social media, writing: “Baby #4 loading…”
He also cheekily referred to the location as ‘Vasectomy Clinic’.
In another photo of Hilary proudly showing off her growing bump, she wrote: “I’ve been trying to hide this thing for a minute.”
Hilary had hinted months before her pregnancy reveal that she wanted to welcome more family members.
“I’m in the family-making phase,” she said Form magazine in June.
“I built this and I wanted this and so I have to be here to enjoy the joyful and the painful and everything in between.”
This time last year, Hilary was mourning the loss of Aaron Carter, who was found dead in his home on November 5, 2022, at the age of 34.
“To Aaron, I am deeply sorry that life was so difficult for you and that you had to fight for the whole world,” she wrote on Instagram, referring to his public battle with addiction issues.

Hilary and Aaron started dating in 2000 when they were just teenagers.
They had an on-again, off-again relationship until 2003, when they officially broke up for good.
