Princess Anne looks elegant in Tiffany blue on day two of Royal Ascot
The Princess Royal was back at Royal Ascot to enjoy a second day at the glamorous British race meeting this afternoon, spending time with daughter Zara as the race resumed.
Anne, 72, did not take part in the traditional Royal Parade – again led by King Charles and Queen Camilla – as yesterday, but instead made a lower key entrance to the royal enclosure.
Anne looked elegant in a Tiffany blue A-line pleated dress paired with a white and white jacket and wide-brimmed royal blue hat, appearing to embrace a vintage look for the classy society event.

As the racing – and the champagne pouring – continued for the second day in the baking summer sun, royals arrived in abundance for the second day of action, including King Charles and Queen Camilla and the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh.
Mother-of-two, the Duchess of Edinburgh, 58, beamed as she wore a dazzling white silk dress with bow details and buttons down the front from Suzannah, which cost £3,450, when she took part in the carriage parade.
The mother-of-two wore a wide-brimmed hat and wore her hair pinned back in a sleek updo.
She beamed in the sun wearing a purple gown as she sat in the royal procession as she arrived at Berkshire Racecourse for another day of fun, following a full royal display on day one.
When the Duchess arrived in the royal procession alongside Lady Sarah Keswick, she waved to those in attendance.

Charles and Camilla have attended both days so far. In this year’s racing pamphlet, the newly crowned King and Queen took the opportunity to write a special message to the guests.
They wrote: ‘We are delighted to welcome you to Royal Ascot in this year of our coronation.
“Five days of oh very competitive racing will be re-watched and enjoyed by millions both here and abroad.
“We are pleased to know that this historic race meeting continues to have an important impact on the global racing and breeding industry.
“The Royal Meeting has always played a central role in Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth’s calendar and the naming of the Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Stakes will be a very appropriate way to mark this lifelong interest.
A photo exhibition in the gallery will also celebrate the late Queen’s close connection to Royal Ascot, including photos of some of her twenty-four winners.

During her 70-year reign, the late Her Majesty attended almost every Royal Ascot festival, with the exception of last year.
This year, the organizers have displayed a heartwarming collection of photos of the Queen visiting Ascot over the years.
They include a black and white photo of the royal family riding the track in 1960 when she was 34 years old.
The mother of four was depicted wearing a headscarf and riding boots as the horse galloped down the track.
The Queen took part in an unofficial race with other members of her royal party and finished fourth.
In addition, the organizers also select a photo of the Queen beaming on Ladies Day in 2013.
The event proved to be one of the Queen’s most successful Ascots as her horse Estimate won the Gold Cup – making her the first monarch in 200 years to win the award.
The late royal was pictured beaming at her trophy, which was presented to her by her son Prince Andrew.
The Queen was dressed in one of her signature robe dresses in a pretty shade of purple.
Under her jacket, the queen wore a beautiful floral dress – which matched perfectly with the flowers on her hat.
The image shows the Queen wearing a three-strand pearl necklace – which she also wore to her last-ever Ascot in June 2021.
