She won no fewer than six BRIT Awards last weekend.

And now RAYE is ready to try and get a shot in the arm when she takes on teen sports sensation Luke Littler in a game of darts on The Jonathan Ross Show, which airs on Saturday.

The 26-year-old singer looked like an amateur darts player as she hilariously squinted one eye in an attempt to land the perfect shot.

As one of the biggest names at the 2024 World Dart Championship, Luke, 17, did his best to give the Prada singer a quick overview of how to deliver the perfect throw.

But it’s not clear how well she fared.

In the final episode of the show to promote her debut album My 21st Century Blues, she appeared alongside Millie Bobby Brown, Liam Gallagher, John Squire and Rob Beckett.

Dressed to impress, the singer wore a stunning floor-length black dress with an elegant neckline and thick straps.

She radiated her usual Hollywood glam look as she wore her thick black locks in a side-parted bob.

And while RAYE went the extra mile for the show, Luke shocked the audience and revealed he doesn’t prepare or even practice darts.

When asked how he could improve his craft, he replied, “I don’t really practice” and that to stay at world champion level, he does “None.”

In his spare time, Luke revealed: ‘I’m just a young 17-year-old playing Xbox with his friends, that’s all.’

When he first played darts, he explained: “I think I was in a diaper with a magnetic board for about 18 months.”

He told the story of the fateful day he got his very first dartboard, adding: ‘I don’t remember, but my dad said we were in the pound shop, and I was in the trolley and I just picked up a magnetic dart board, and to this day I still think: imagine if I hadn’t picked up that dartboard.’

But unfortunately RAYE is not an all-rounder. Her darts skills needed some fine-tuning if she wants to land that tricky bull's-eye next time she takes on the sporting icon

The singer was ‘raised’ by her grandmother after moving from Ghana to care for her while her parents worked full-time jobs.

Raye said, “I was ugly crying! That woman is just, I couldn’t owe her more, she sacrificed everything for me, so that to be able to bring her on stage at that moment, she also knew what my dreams meant to me… That moment I will never forget.’

The star went on to say that she was very ‘overwhelmed’ after her wins and she celebrated by partying until 6am.

She said: ‘To be honest I was so overwhelmed I was ready to jump straight into bed, so it was either go straight to bed or go hard, you know what I mean? So we went for that option.

Following her big night at the BRITs, it was revealed that Raye had been shortlisted in six categories at The Global Awards.

She is nominated for Best Song, Best Female, Best British Act, Best Hip-Hop and R&B, Best Fans and Best Pop.

At this year’s BRITs, Raye broke the record for the number of BRITs won in a single ceremony, which stood at four, held by Blur (1995), Adele (2016) and Harry Styles (2023).

The singer-songwriter was left in tears as she won Song of the Year, Album of the Year, Artist of the Year, Songwriter of the Year, Best R&B Act and Best New Artist.
