Pow! Rob Riggle has starred in a number of classic films, and he already knows which ones he'd like to revisit if the opportunity arises.

In an exclusive interview to promote Miller Lite's Running of the Beer Ads, the 53-year-old actor talked about his past projects, sharing his fond memories of working on Stepbrothers. “I really enjoyed making that film,” says Riggle Us from the 2008 comedy starring Will Ferrell And John C. Reilly. “We improvised so much and everyone was in such a good mood, and we always made each other laugh.”

“The atmosphere on that set was so cheerful and fun,” says the Hole Moley host continues. “It would be fun to go back and do that again.”

Loyal fans of Stepbrothers – who also played a leading role Maria Steenburgen, Adam Scott And Kathryn Hahn – had been hoping for a sequel for a long time. In 2017, Ferrell revealed in an interview that he and the director Adam McKay had “an idea lined up” but that same year he also admitted “there are no plans”.

Despite everything, Riggle remains busy Stepbrothers II not on the horizon, recently wrapped Batman of Sean William Scott: “That was a lot of fun because Seann and I were making another movie [2014’s Just Before I Go] several years ago, so it was nice to see him again and work with him again.”

He also relaunched the “Riggle's choices” podcast, which he put on hiatus during the COVID-19 pandemic. “When the writers' strike started, I said, 'You know what, this might be a good time to bring it back,' so I did,” he explains. “I really didn't realize how much I was enjoying it, so it was good to get back into it.”

The Hangover actor says he treats his podcast as “improvisation” – inspired by his time at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in New York City – and as if he were having a conversation with friends. “[We] I sit down for a moment, have a serious conversation, and if it gets too serious for too long, we do something,” he explains. “I'll joke about something, or they'll exaggerate something, and then we'll blow it up and provide a joke.”

Riggle is also looking forward to picking the brains of those who stop by for an episode, including Travis Kelce And Chris Daughtry – and hopefully, Patrick Mahomes soon enough. “I am genuinely curious about the guests we bring in,” says the Kansas City Chiefs super fan Us. “Even though I know them and have a relationship with them, this is my opportunity to maybe ask questions that I wouldn't normally ask or that I wouldn't ask on the golf course.”

“I love doing this,” he adds.
