He is being held in King County Jail and his bail is set at $10 million.

Police described Eina’s murder as an execution in a King County Superior Court filing and Goosby is accused of approaching the family’s white Tesla as they waited at a red light.

Investigators claimed that surveillance footage shows the suspect fired several times at the driver’s side window without any interaction.

Goosby has not been charged with the baby’s death, as prosecutors have yet to determine if the baby was alive when she was delivered.

Under Washington state law, a person can only be charged with murder for the death of someone who was “born alive.”

Medical records surrounding the baby’s delivery are still being reviewed by the King County Medical Examiner’s Office, the Seattle Police Department and prosecutors to see if additional charges can be brought.

Seattle Police Chief Adrian Diaz described the incident as the worst he has seen in 26 years.

He revealed that officers had previously dealt with Goosby over reports of his mental health.

“They know the subject in the past, so they’re very aware of some of the mental health issues he’s had,” he added.

The gun Goosby used to kill Eina and her daughter was stolen from Lakewood, according to the arrest report.
