I bought Shein home decor but they grossed me out – people say ‘put it in rice’

A SHEIN customer was shocked when her new interior looked nothing like what she expected.

She couldn’t stop laughing when she saw what the actual home decor piece looked like.

Khensy (@khensy_ledwaba) shared the store mistake in a TikTok video.

“Shein did me dirty,” she said, clutching her head in shock.

However, she couldn’t help but laugh as she prepared the big reveal.

“This is what I wanted,” one audio said as she showed off what she thought she got.

Khensy pulled up the product image, showing a large beige graphic rug with black detailing underneath a gray sofa.

“This is what I have,” she laughed.

She revealed that what she actually received missed the mark.

Khensy showed off a beige piece of fabric that looked like a mini version of the large rug in the photo.

The real thing wasn’t even big enough to fit under her couch.

Some tried to offer solutions to her problem.

“Put it in rice,” one commenter joked.

Others gave her advice on how to avoid the mistake next time.

“Always check the reviews,” said one well-meaning commenter.
