Ross Mendham then smashed the supercar into four bike racks, bending them out of shape.

Footage shows him screeching to a halt as smoke billows from his Ferrari.

Ross, 40, managed to escape unharmed from his powerful motorcycle just before 5pm on March 17.

But the son of former Norwich city star peter mendham was subsequently arrested for allegedly breaching his bail conditions and appeared in court yesterday.

The bail relates to an upcoming court case.

Appearing in custody at Norwich Magistrates’ Court on Monday, Mendham pleaded guilty to breaching bail by failing to keep a GPS tag charged.

Josephine Jones, prosecuting, said a 7pm to 7am curfew at his home in Sorrel Grove, Cringleford, had to be electronically monitored.

Defense attorney Gina Mattioli said it was a technical violation due to the short battery life, possibly caused by faulty equipment.

Magistrates again imposed the same bail conditions, including a ban on leaving Norfolk.

He is due to stand trial at Norwich Crown Court on June 5 for the alleged assault.

When Mendham appeared Dragon’s Nest In 2013, entrepreneur Peter Jones invested £60,000 in his low-calorie venture, now called Barenaked Foods.

Last year he also launched a fashion brand called God of Design (GOD) that upcycled vintage and designer clothing.

A Norfolk Police A spokesperson said: “Police were called to Rose Lane, Norwich at 4.58pm on Sunday, March 17, following reports of a single vehicle collision.

“The road was closed while emergency services, including the fire brigade, attended the scene.

“No one was injured and the road reopened at 6.25pm.”

A crowd of shocked onlookers gathered at the scene as an eyewitness narrated it Eastern Daily Press: “If it’s not a write-off, I’d be really surprised.”
