Sia made her first appearance since revealing she was undergoing liposuction as she posed with girlfriend Khloe Kardashian while attending the annual Kardashian/Jenner Christmas Eve party.

The 48-year-old Chandelier hitmaker – who opened up to her fans about undergoing the procedure just three weeks earlier – flashed a bright smile as she stood next to the Good American founder, snapping up an Instagram page from the reality star.

She dressed for the occasion in a long-sleeved white dress that flowed to the floor and featured faint detailing on the fabric.

The artist – whose full name is Sia Kate Isobelle Furler – put a matching hat on her head that covered her locks.

Khloe glowed in a figure-hugging nude dress that dazzled with glittering rhinestone embellishments on the material.

In her arms, the TV personality held her one-year-old son Tatum, who was also dressed for the festive party.

Last year, Sia also dropped by the annual bash – which was hosted by Kourtney Kardashian – and notably performed during the fun-filled evening.

Her recent public appearance is her first since she revealed on social media that she had undergone a liposuction procedure.

Earlier in December, the Australian singer shared a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, saying she wanted to be “truthful” with her fans.

She also spoke candidly about her recent weight gain due to medications and wanted to be honest with her fans “so she doesn’t contribute to the system that tells us we’re not enough.”

“Like most people, I’m insecure and being in the public eye gives me anxiety, so I made the choice to change my appearance for my own self-confidence,” she wrote.

The Grammy-nominated singer also revealed that the weight she gained while on medication was resistant to both exercise and thyroid medication, which led her to opt for liposuction.

“I had to take a medication that made me gain a lot of weight, but I can’t get rid of that with exercise or thyroid medication, so I went to the lipo clinic today,” Sia continued.

“Please know that I am so fortunate to have the tools to change the way I look and if you see me looking foxy again, I want you to know that it is not because of diet and exercise.” , she said.

It came just two months after Sia also revealed she had undergone a facelift while addressing the crowd at an awards ceremony.

She spoke about her own struggles with body image during the speech, mentioning how she often hides her face.

‘I’m a pop star who normally hides my face and doesn’t lie about things. I got a great facelift from Dr. Talei. He is incredible,” she said.

‘He does so much good work – and not just for the pop stars of the world.’ Dr. Talei then praised the star. “I don’t know if you guys know how great Sia is as a person,” he said.

Sia, who suffers from bipolar disorder, has spoken out about her body battles in the past, admitting she was ‘dieting like crazy’ to fit into the ‘stereotype’ of a pop star.

As she moves into 2024, the singer will release her tenth studio album, called Reasonable Woman, in the spring.

This Is Acting (2016) was the last studio album she released, followed by a Christmas LP the following year called Everyday Is Christmas.

During an interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1 in September, per People, she talked about going through a difficult time in 2016 when she divorced Eric Anders Lang after two years of marriage.

“Well, actually, the truth is, I’ve been writing a song here or there every now and then for the past six or seven years,” Sia said.

‘I’m divorced and that really confused me. That was such a dark time that I lay in bed for three years, really, really depressed. And so I couldn’t really do anything during that period.’

In regards to creating the new music, the star explained that she would be recording “little bits and pieces here and there.”

“And then it finally turned out that we had enough songs to make an album, enough good ones…”

Despite her past divorce, Sia has moved on and notably married Dan Bernard earlier this year in May in a romantic ceremony in Portofino, Italy.

She also exuded confidence when she took the stage, saying, “When I got sober, I put the wig on my face and then I had in-ears and a wig and I was like, ‘It’s like I’m in a little bubble with myself.”

“But now that I know that’s what’s going on, I think maybe one day I’ll do a show facing out again…”

“And don’t take much pleasure in talking to the audience, being heckled and being there again, because those shows were a lot of fun back in the day, before I had the wig on. They were really fun.”
